We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. We provide professional service to customers nationwide, and most orders are processed within 2 business days before dispatch. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is typically between 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

We use a range of trusted couriers and postal services depending on your location, item type, and delivery requirements. These include Australia Post, Sendle, and TNT.

Shipping Fees:
A flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $9.95 applies to orders under AUD $100.
Free shipping is available for orders of AUD $100 or more.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You can get eligible for a return no reason, but your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.If the item is defective or incorrect please contact us within 7 days after you received the item.And we will pay shipments and creat return label to buyers.

We accept, within 30 days if buyer received the item and wants a refund. Returned item must be its original packaging and in a brand new (resalable) condition. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer if any items no probelms, which means return items which are non-defective will not included shipping fees.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
